Motherboard is a program that allows expectant parents to learn about childbirth and relevant topics relating to eating and drinking, birth and water, and circumcision. Registration requires an orange email from no-reply@mailgun.motherboard.com with a token to be added to the app.motherboard.birth.com/users/signup page. It is free to join and members may be invited by care providers or doulas via email or may look up their invitation information on their contract or invoice. Evidence shows that eating and drinking during labor is safe and has no benefits or harms.
