Matt Thomas and his multicultural church team have enrolled in WorshipWorkshop, a program that helps teams come together and function better. The program focuses on both the heart and hands of worship, resulting in growth in technical skills and understanding of worship. Despite initial concerns about depth and time commitment, Matt found the program manageable and versatile. His goal is to take his entire team through the program and he encourages other worship leaders to see it as achievable and valuable.
