Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) is a federal subsidy for businesses affected by the pandemic. I discovered ERTC through the Profit Cleaners podcast and expected a $1.3 million refund. However, due to our company's growth, we didn't qualify for the full amount. We sought help from a recommended source and qualified for a $120,000 refund after providing financial documents.
