Join me in this video as we introduce guest speaker Jason Turner, a Sales Center program manager for Microsoft. We'll be focusing on the AI tools provided by Microsoft for small businesses, including Bing Chat, Microsoft Edge sidebar, and copilot. Copilot is a versatile tool that can be used for tasks such as document summarization and generating prompts. Microsoft emphasizes the principles of fairness, reliability, safety, privacy, inclusiveness, and transparency in their AI technology. We'll also explore the future of copilot, which aims to increase productivity and efficiency, with potential integration with Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Data submitted through Microsoft Forms is securely stored and accessible through your Microsoft account. The use of copilot is free, with additional features and data protection available through Bing Chat Enterprise and Microsoft 365 licenses. We're excited about the future state of copilot in the small business environment, as it allows users to stay engaged in meetings and summarize emails. Collaboration is encouraged, but copilot is especially valuable in situations where attendance is not possible. The adoption of AI tools can enhance the role of administrative assistants, and executive assistants may need to refine prompts generated by copilot for busy executives.
