I discovered a program that promised to keep me in great shape at 80 with just 5-10 minutes of exercise per day. Not only did it deliver on that promise, but it also brought unexpected rewards like self-connection, self-expansion, self-healing, and mind-body integration. Despite my concerns about my physical ability as a grandmother, the program's three keys helped me effortlessly pick up my grandchild.
