LTC Transformation Story - GLORIA

Gloria, a member of One of Many, organized the Only Way is Ethics festival in Glasgow. She plans to expand and improve the festival in the future. Previously, Gloria felt the need to be dominant and act in a masculine way to succeed in her own business. However, she now embraces her femininity and uses soft power, which has proven successful for her. Clients understand her better and she has attracted more women to her practice. Gloria feels more authentic and no longer has to pretend to be someone she's not.
