Setting goals for my business in the new year is crucial. By analyzing past data, I can identify strengths and weaknesses to inform my goals. I will set quarterly and yearly goals based on this analysis, such as increasing revenue, improving patient volume, renegotiating contracts, reducing expenses, and improving practice efficiency. Regularly reviewing and adjusting my strategic plan will be key to achieving these goals.
