During this session, an unexpected incident occurred near the arena involving sirens, gunshots, and a helicopter. It was a unique situation that taught us the importance of staying calm and handling emergencies with clients. Despite the chaos, the hosts and client remained composed and quickly moved to a safer area. We discussed the different reactions of two veteran clients and emphasized the need to regulate energy in such situations. This incident highlighted the importance of having policies and procedures in place for emergencies, including active shooter situations. We reflected on the lessons learned and the ongoing need for policy development.
