Session 5 - Life Giving List_Work-003

Anxiety management and blurring reactivity is achieved by pausing and paying attention to what's happening beneath the surface. Imbalance of input and output can lead to anxiety and reactivity. To balance this, create a life-giving list that identifies people, places, and activities that make you feel alive. Use a template or make six columns on paper or a journal to list people, remote/local options, activities, budgeting, places, and distance from home. Include micro activities for quick joy and macro activities for longer experiences. Having a life-giving list prepared ahead of time combats anxiety by providing calming options. Use it reactively or proactively to maintain a proper input-output balance.
