ASHA conducted a school survey that revealed no change in caseload size for school-based SLPs, but significant changes in their responsibilities. The workload is affected by caseload size, student factors, lack of time, increased paperwork, and Ida mandates, which are expected to remain the same. To address these challenges, the "Making Life Better in the Schools" online presentation offers a solution. The presentation focuses on the three, one model and effective implementation in schools or districts, enabling SLPs to address interventions and support grade level curriculum within the Workday.
