Discovering Sensory Self-Care

Sensory Self-Care is a new membership that provides holistic tools to help those who are sensory sensitive. Members have access to weekly activities to bring awareness to the eight sensory systems, along with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or tapping, breath work, movement, and somatic release activities. There is also a supportive Facebook group that encourages participants to share strategies and connect with each other. The mission of Sensory Self-Care is to empower people through their senses.
