As a nonprofit worker, it can be challenging to set boundaries for my working hours. I often feel the pressure to be available 24/7 and find it difficult to disconnect. However, I have learned the importance of prioritizing self-care and my mental and physical health. I have also implemented systems to ensure smooth transitions in my professional role. Additionally, I make it a point to prioritize time with my loved ones, as I understand that I am irreplaceable in personal relationships. I value non-work activities and make a conscious effort to prioritize them alongside my work commitments.
