Tarp Activity debrief

I am excited to share a video about the Mandrill Method, a treatment activity for young adults in a treatment center. The focus is on teamwork and communication to overcome guilt and shame. Participants use a tarp to symbolize conquering obstacles, with horses adding a unique challenge for personal growth. The activity teaches identifying resources and boundaries to combat negative influences, emphasizing safety and confidence building with the horses.
