Puzzle can be signed in American Sign Language in multiple ways. One way is to make two thumbs up handshakes with palms facing down, pressing the pad of the thumb down as if fitting puzzle pieces together. Another sign involves making a V handshake with bent fingers, moving them together to fit like puzzle pieces.
