Wavemaker speaker gains confidence in adapting any move to any choreography. Deep water hit class includes three minutes of choreography with arm patterns. Lower body movements and combination of upper and lower arm pattern movements are incorporated. Participants experience a shift in intensity and gain confidence. Speaker enjoys watching participants succeed and have fun during the workout.
